    These procedures, specific for access and use of the DIME Simulation Laboratory, provide for compliance with the regulations in force by of the Ministry of Health, the Liguria Region, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of University and Research and University and Department (e.g. Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, Information and precautions regarding infection coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and disease caused (covid-19) and instructions for use of the masks.

    • Indications for people, for structures and for emergency research covid-19, requirements relating to the access and release of activities within the Dime spaces, Information and precautions regarding SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection and covid-19 disease as per Rectoral indications) in accordance with their updates.
    These procedures have the priority of contrasting and limiting the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus and must be adopted consistently with the general actions transmitted by the Magnificent Rector to Delegated managers (see Information and precautions regarding SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection and covid-19 disease and instructions for use of the masks). Given that, in order to limit exposure to infection:

  • all activities that can be developed in smart working mode will be conducted in this way activities will be planned to minimize the number of people present at the same time

    • 1. INFORMATION

  • All workers and students accessing university spaces must receive adequate information relating to the ongoing epidemiological emergency. As regards the information, please refer to the general actions.
  • The information is also sent by e-mail to all the laboratory staff

    • 2. METHOD OF ENTRY FOR STAFF AND STUDENTS / PHD STUDENTS / GUESTS

    If it is essential to access for Students, PhD students or Guests, a corresponding communication of the relative planning will be sent as required by the departmental rules before entering the university buildings. So they must:
  • fill in the appropriate declaration, drawn up on a special form available online
  • be equipped with surgical masks and disposable gloves or request that they be provided and wait for confirmation of the availability of these facilities in the Laboratory by RADRL (Prof.Agostino Bruzzone for these Labs)

    • Before entering the University buildings, STUDENTS / PHD STUDENTS / GUESTS must:
  • undertake to respect the planned date and times by operating in accordance with the procedures indicated by the Structure and present for the withdrawal of the equipment in the times and ways provided (date, time and site) and their communications.
  • Be aware, before the appointment is made, of the provisions relating to:
    • Unauthorized personnel or students, doctorates or guests without an appointment are prohibited from entering.


    3. METHOD OF ENTRY FOR EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS

    4. CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
    For cleaning and sanitization, see University Regulations.
    5. PERSONAL HYGIENIC PRECAUTIONS
    For personal hygiene precautions, see University Regulations. Hand sanitizers have been made available to workers, students and hand sanitizers with alcohol based components, alhydrogen peroxide or amuchina for the disinfection of the hands.


    6. INTERPERSONAL DISTANCE, AIR SPARE PARTS AND PERSONAL PROTECTION DEVICES

  • In order to limit contacts between people, as well as to avoid aggregations, gatherings and crowding of workplaces or places of relevance: or appointments will be organized in order to exclude any possibility of crowding. The Laboratories will have usable chairs arranged with clear signs on the ground that guarantee the minimum distance of 2 meters between them
  • Staff are provided with information on the importance of ensuring constant and adequate air exchange by opening the windows
  • The use of a surgical mask is provided for all workers who share common areas. If a person operates inside a laboratory on his own, he can remove the mask until there are other people present
  • Personnel handling material in non-insulated rooms will use surgical mask and disposable gloves


    • 7. CONSUMABLES AND EQUIPMENT

    A quarantine of at least 72 hours will be ensured for both laboratory consumables and equipment that cannot be safely sanitized with disinfectants (e.g. reams of paper, paper documents and books)


    8. WORKING CONTEXT AND GENERAL INDICATIONS
  • The Laboratory consists of spaces of approximately 40m2 and it is expected that no more than three people can access each room, guaranteeing a distance of at least 2.5m between each station, clearly indicated by signs on the floor made with tape; access planning will be managed in a way such as to limit where possible access to only one person at a time.
  • RADRL will take charge of carrying out said activities where possible, reducing the possible exposure of other personnel, an indication is provided below of the procedure to be followed.
  • Please operate calmly and rationally, as the indications provided here are extremely precautionary with respect to the information currently available about the risk of infection and how to spread it; however, considering the partial nature of this information and the possible changing nature of the virus against the huge base of infected people, caution is recommended.
  • Before being able to access, a request must be sent to RADRL and communicate the result of an independent check on your health in reference to the presence of even a single symptom of possible contamination (e.g. fever, conjunctivitis, tiredness, dry cough, breathing difficulties). In any case, the staff that accesses, even if they have no symptoms, I must work to minimize both their exposure and the possible contamination of common areas by operating in the hypothesis, as a precaution, that the areas are infected and that he is an asymptomatic infected.
  • The main cause of the infection is the interaction with other people or with infected objects, therefore we invite you to operate remaining more than 2 meters from other people, wearing gloves and a mask in their presence and to disinfect your hands promptly when they come into contact with potentially infected elements, as well as not touching your face, nose, mouth and mask with your own hands.
  • To access the laboratory you will need to be equipped with your own mask and gloves or request access to the equipment in the laboratory specific to RADRL which will confirm its availability and possibility of use, as well as guarantee replenishment when necessary due to consumption and next access plan
  • To access the laboratory it will be necessary to be equipped with disinfectant solutions (e.g. Amuchina, Alcohol or Hydrogen peroxide) or request access to the equipment present in the Laboratory at RADRL which will confirm its availability and possibility of use, as well as guarantee replenishment when necessary due to consumption and next access plan
  • Upon arrival in the laboratory, each one must disinfect, with disinfectant solutions, the work areas to be used and in particular the countertops, telephones, switches, printers, keyboards, mice, consumables and armrests of chairs, as well as door handles used and protection systems activated / deactivated. Same procedure will have to be done before leaving the laboratory. Having said this and given the impossibility of ensuring that external personnel do not enter the premises between two planned accesses to the laboratory (eg cleaning staff, security guard), operating without due caution, the initial cleaning must always and in any case start from the precautionary hypothesis that said areas and objects can become infected. If other objects (e.g. Books) are touched during the stay, we invite you to promptly disinfect the hands and other parts of the body touched. Once cleaning is complete, hands and containers of disinfectant solutions must be disinfected.
  • Upon returning home it is recommended to change clothes, washing them and disinfecting all parts of the body exposed to the risk of contagion.
  • The use of shared areas must be limited as much as possible to reduce the risk of contagion with particular reference to corridors and bathrooms, providing to disinfect touched handles, taps and switches after use.
  • The precautionary distance of 1.5 meters with other people must always be kept inside the laboratory; if there is only one person, you can operate without a mask and without gloves, remembering the need to disinfect the things and areas used before leaving.
  • The room does not include the use of lifts or elevators for access, but only a stairwell

    Le presenti procedure, specifiche per l’accesso ed uso del Laboratorio di Simulazione del DIME prevedono il rispetto delle normative in vigore da parte del Ministero della Salute, della Regione Liguria, del Ministero dell'Istruzione e Ministero dell'Universita' e della Ricerca e dell’Ateneo e Dipartimento (e.g. Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, Informazioni e precauzioni in merito all’infezione da coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) e malattia provocata (covid-19) e istruzioni per l’uso delle mascherine.

    Si leggano le seguenti indicazioni:

    • Indicazioni per i TABS, per le strutture e per la ricerca in emergenza covid-19, Prescrizioni relative all’accesso e allo svogimento delle attivita’ all’interno degli spazi del Dime, Informazioni e precauzioni in merito all’infezione da coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 e alla malattia covid-19 come da indicazioni Rettorali) in conformità ai loro aggiornamenti.

    Dette procedure hanno la priorità di contrastare e contenimere la diffusione del virus SARS-COV-2 e devono essere adottate coerentemente con le azioni di carattere generale trasmesse dal Magnifico Rettore ai Dirigenti delegati (vedi Informazioni e precauzioni in merito all’infezione da coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 e malattia provocata covid-19 e istruzioni per l’uso delle mascherine). Premesso che, al fine di limitare l’esposizione al contagio:

  • tutte le attività che potranno essere sviluppate in modalità smart working verranno condotte in questo modo si pianificheranno le attività per ridurre al massimo il numero di persone presenti contemporaneamente


    • 1. INFORMAZIONE

  • tutti i lavoratori e gli studenti che accedono negli spazi universitari devono ricevere un’adeguata informazione relativa all’emergenza epidemiologica in corso. Per quanto riguarda l’informativa si rimanda alle azioni di carattere generale.
  • L’informativa viene inviata anche tramite e-mail al tutto il personale del Laboratorio


    • 2. MODALITA’ DI INGRESSO PER IL PERSONALE E PER GLI STUDENTI /DOTTORANDI/OSPITI

    Qualora sia indispensabile fornire accesso di Studenti, Dottorandi o Ospiti, verrà inviata una corrispondente comunicazione della relativa pianificazione come previsto dalle norme dipartimentali e costoro prima di accedere agli edifici universitari, dovranno:
  • compilare apposita dichiarazione, redatta su apposito modello disponibile on-line
  • essere dotati di mascherine chirurgiche e guanti monouso o richiedere che gli vengano forniti ed attendere conferma della disponibilità di dette dotazioni nel Laboratorio dal RADRL

    • Prima di accedere agli edifici universitari, gli STUDENTI/DOTTORANDI/OSPITI dovranno:
  • impegnarsi a rispettare la data e gli orari pianificati operando in conformità con le modalità indicate dalla Struttura e presentarsi per il ritiro delle dotazioni nei tempi e modi previsti (data, orario e sito) e loro comunicati.


  • Essere informati (tramite mail), prima che venga fissato l’appuntamento, sulle disposizioni relative a:
    • E’ vietato l’ingresso al personale non autorizzato o agli studenti, dottorati o ospiti privi di appuntamento.


    3. MODALITA’ DI INGRESSO PER I FORNITORI ESTERNI

    Per le modalità di accesso dei fornitori esterni si rimanda alle Regole dell'Ateneo


    4. PULIZIA E SANIFICAZIONE

    Per la pulizia e la sanificazione si rimanda alle Regole dell'Ateneo


    5. PRECAUZIONI IGIENICO PERSONALI
    Per le precauzioni igienico personali si rimanda alle Regole dell'Ateneo. Sono stati messi a disposizione dei lavoratori, degli studenti e dei dispenser disinfettanti per mani a base di alcool, acqua ossigenata o amuchina disposti in punti per la disinfezione delle mani chiaramente identificati e conosciuti dal personale.


    6. DISTANZA INTERPERSONALE, RICAMBI D’ARIA E DISPOSITIVI DI PROTEZIONE INDIVIDUALE

  • Al fine di limitare i contatti tra le persone, nonché evitare aggregazioni, assembramenti ed affollamenti dei luoghi di lavoro o di pertinenza: o verranno fissati appuntamenti organizzati in modo da escludere ogni possibilità di affollamento. I Laboratori avranno le sedie utilizzabili disposte con chiari segni a terra che garantiscano la distanza minima di 2 metri tra di loro
  • Vengono fornite al personale le indicazioni in merito all’importanza di garantire un costante ed adeguato ricambio d’aria tramite apertura delle finestre
  • E’ previsto, per tutti i lavoratori che condividono spazi comuni, l’utilizzo di una mascherina chirurgica. Qualora una persona operi all’interno di un laboratorio da sola, essa potrà rimuovere la mascherina fino a quando non vi saranno altre persone presenti
  • Il personale che maneggerà materiale in locali non isolati utilizzerà mascherina chirurgica e guanti monouso



    • 7. MATERIALE DI CONSUMO E ATTREZZATURE

    Verrà assicurata una quarantena pari ad almeno 72 ore sia del materiale consumabile del laboratorio che delle attrezzature che non possano essere sanificate in modo sicuro con i disinfettanti (e.g. risme di carta, documenti cartacei e libri)


    8. CONTESTO DI LAVORO E INDICAZIONI GENERALI

  • Il Laboratorio è costituito da spazi di circa 40m2 ed è previsto che non più di tre persone possano accedere ad ogni locale garantendo una distanza di almeno 2.5m tra ciascuna postazione, indicate chiaramente tramite segni sul pavimento fatti con nastro; la pianificazione di accesso sarà gestita in modo tale da limitare ove possibile l'accesso ad una sola persona per volta.
  • Il RADRL si farà carico ove possibile di svolgere in prima persone dette attività riducendo la possibile esposizione di altro personale, viene di seguito fornita l'indicazione circa il procedimento da seguirsi.
  • Si prega di operare con calma e razionalità, dato che le indicazioni qui fornite sono estremamente cautelative rispetto alle informazioni attualmente disponibili circa il rischio di infezione e le modalità di contagio; considerata, tuttavia la natura parziale di dette informazioni e la possibile natura mutevole del virus a fronte dell'enorme base di contagiati si raccomanda prudenza.
  • Prima di poter accedere dovrà essere inviata una richiesta al RADRL e comunicare il risultato di una verifica autonoma sul proprio stato di salute in riferimento alla presenza di anche un solo sintomo di possibile contaminazione (e.g. febbre, congiuntivite, stanchezza, tosse secca, difficoltà respiratorie). In ogni caso il personale che accede, pur non avendo sintomi, devo operare per minimizzare sia la propria esposizione che la possibile contaminazione di aree comuni operando nell'ipotesi, cautelativa, che le aree siano infette e che lui sia un infetto asintomatico.
  • La principale causa del contagio è l'interazione con altre persone o con oggetti infetti, si invita quindi ad operare restando ad oltre 2 metri da altre persone, indossando guanti e mascherina in loro presenza e a disinfettarsi prontamente le mani quando vengano a contatto con elementi potenzialmente infetti, oltre a non toccarsi viso, naso, bocca e mascherina con le proprie mani.
  • Per accedere al laboratorio sarà necessario essere dotati di mascherina e guanti propri o richiedere accesso alle dotazioni presenti nel Laboratorio specifico al RADRL che provvederà a confermarne la disponibilità e possibilità di impiego, oltre a garantire riapprovvigionamenti quando risulti necessario in ragione dei consumi e piano prossimi accessi
  • Per accedere al laboratorio sarà necessario essere dotati di soluzioni disinfettanti (i.e. Amuchina, Alcool o Acqua Ossigenata) o richiedere accesso alle dotazioni presenti nel Laboratorio al RADRL che provvederà a confermarne la disponibilità e possibilità di impiego, oltre a garantire riapprovvigionamenti quando risulti necessario in ragione dei consumi e piano prossimi accessi
  • All'arrivo nel Laboratorio ciascuno dovrà provvedere a disinfettare, con soluzioni disinfettanti, le aree di lavoro da utilizzarsi ed in particolare i piani di appoggio, telefoni, interruttori, stampanti, tastiere, mouse, materiali di consumo e braccioli delle sedie, oltre a maniglie delle porte impiegate e sistemi di protezione attivati/disattivati. Stessa procedura dovrà essere condotta prima di lasciare il laboratorio. Detto questo e stante l'impossibilità di garantire che personale esterno non entri nei locali fra due accessi pianificati al laboratorio (e.g. personale pulizie, guardianaggio), operando senza la dovuta cautela, la pulizia iniziale dovrà sempre e comunque partire dall'ipotesi cautelativa che dette aree ed oggetti possano essere infetti. Qualora durante la permanenza si tocchino altri oggetti (e.g. Libri), si invita a disinfettare prontamente le mani e le altre parti del corpo toccate. Completata la pulizia si dovranno disinfettare le mani e i contenitori delle soluzioni disinfettanti.
  • Al ritorno a casa si raccomanda di cambiare abiti, provvedendo al lavaggio dei suddetti e a disinfettare tutte le parti del corpo esposte al rischio di contagio.
  • Si dovrà limitare al massimo lo sfruttamento delle aree condivise per ridurre i rischi di contagio con particolare riferimento a corridoi e bagni, provvedendo a disinfettare dopo l'uso maniglie, rubinetti e interruttori toccati.
  • All'interno del laboratorio dovrà essere sempre mantenuta la distanza cautelativa di 2 metri con le altre persone; qualora sia presente una sola persona, si potrà operare senza mascherina e senza guanti, rammentando la necessità di disinfettare le cose e zone impiegate prima di andarsene.
  • Il locale non prevede uso di ascensori o montacarichi per l’accesso, ma solo di un vano scale
